Abhishek Dutta from Eden Den has been really helpful as a mortgage broker and helped me with assessing my borrowing capacity, suggesting properties to buy, creating all documentation required for two loan applications, negotiating with the sellers agent, builder for a better price, following up with the bank for approval, following up with the conveyancer etc. The list is endless here. I couldn't have found a better broker who can think from my perspective, be it financial or our choices of properties. I have seen him working on my file late nights, even till 2-3am which I really appreciate but do not recommend. I can clearly see a major difference between Abhishek and another broker whom I had engaged earlier when it comes to managing his clients and dealing with tricky situations. He has always been reachable and has responded to me immediately whenever I have tried to contact him. Even when he went overseas, he made sure that he is in touch with me and followed up on things that were time sensitive. He has always been a thorough professional, but over a period of time we have grown closer to call ourselves friends. I really recommend Abhishek as a mortgage broker and real estate agent as he will help you to get a deal which you can't get anywhere in the market. Also most important is after sales support in which he is very prompt and will always be there with you in support. I have faced few issues with my builder which he has resolved easily. If he wouldn't have been there I might have faced a tough time In dealing with the issues.
I highly recommend Abishek on every front where it comes to property market either it's for investment or for self.
